the tear-off slipby fax or by writing
down your name, medication required and preferred chemist.
Telephone requests cannot be
accepted since they block the phone for other patients and can
lead to mistakes being made.
Please allow at least 48 hours
notice for completion.
Repeat prescriptions need to
be reviewed on a regular basis and it is standard practice to
issue one month’s supply at a time.
Surgery Dispensary
This surgery has its own
dispensary. However, only those
patients who live more than a mile from the centres of
Buckingham and Maids Moreton, Brackley and Winslow are eligible
to use this service.
Eligible patients may collect
their prescribed medication daily from 8.30am–1.00pm and from 2.30pm
–6.00 pm, Monday
to Friday.
