The findings of this year's survey are compared to last year's
survey and the benchmark figure (which is the national average) in

100 is excellent
80 is very good
60 is good
40 is fair
20 is poor
The practice is scoring good or very good and is performing above
the benchmark in all areas except for telephone access. Our action
plant for 2006/07 has been achieved in the following areas:
- Refurbishment of the premises
- Provision of a children's play area
- Formation of a Patient Participation Group
Based on the patient survey, and the comments for patients
responding to the survey, our action plan for 2007/08 is:
- Installation of a new telephone system with an extra
line
- A targetted survey asking patients how they feel we
could improve their ability to keep healthy
- A targetted survey asking patients how the repeat
prescription service could be improved.
