There may be occasions when you feel this does not happen and if you wish to make a complaint please visit, phone or write to our Practice Administrator. Please note we have to respect our duty of confidentiality to patients and a patient's written consent is necessary if a complaint is not made by that patient in person. In addition the Patient Advisory Liaison Service (PALS) at the Trust can give you independent advice and assistance with your complaint should you need it.
